Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please access My Page using the registration ID and password sent by email upon completing your registration, and be ready to display the QR code on your device at check-in. on the pre-registration page and click “Send Confirmation Email”

You will receive a “Pre-registration Confirmation” email.
Click the URL in the email to proceed to full registration
STEP4
Enter payment information and complete the credit card payment
STEP5
Registration is complete when you receive the “Registration & Payment Confirmation” email.
The email will contain My Page login URL, your registration ID, and password
Note: JOCS members will be asked to enter their membership number.
